Activity 2 - Development of Toolkit Materials

WOW-ME Handbook

The WOW-ME Handbook presents the practical training toolkit developed through the project, providing structured non-formal learning activities designed to support employability, confidence-building, and skills development.

This toolkit brings together four thematic modules developed by the project partners – covering digital skills, narrative approaches, HR and career preparation, and design thinking – and translates them into step-by-step activities that can be applied in different learning contexts. The handbook outlines the pedagogical framework behind the training design, including learning objectives, activity formats, and guidance for facilitators, ensuring the materials are accessible and adaptable for both trainers and learners.

Based on non-formal learning principles such as experiential learning, reflection, collaboration, and active participation, the handbook introduces a common methodology including the 7-step activity structure and an adapted Bloom’s taxonomy framework, guiding participants from initial awareness to practical application of competences. The document serves as a useful resource both for trainers looking for ready-to-use learning activities and for learners interested in exploring the tools and methods that support personal development, career direction, and confidence-building.

WOW-ME Supplemental Handbook Activities

The WOW-ME Additional Activities Handbook provides supplementary learning activities that expand the content of the main WOW-ME Handbook, offering trainers and learners further opportunities to explore narrative approaches, archetypes, and HR-related career development strategies.

The document includes structured activity descriptions and matrices that show how these additional exercises can be integrated into existing training sessions and workshops, ensuring alignment with the overall WOW-ME methodology and learning objectives.

It serves as a complementary resource that supports flexible training design and allows facilitators to adapt the learning pathway according to participants’ needs, interests, and learning contexts.

Activity 4 - Dissemination and Evaluation

WOW-ME Digital Resources

The WOW-ME Digital Resources document provides a curated collection of organizations, platforms, and support services that can help women develop skills, access career guidance, and explore employment opportunities.

The document compiles national resources from Spain, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Norway, including employment agencies, training providers, mentoring networks, entrepreneurship initiatives, and organizations supporting women in vulnerable situations.

These resources complement the WOW-ME training activities by offering practical opportunities for continued learning, career orientation, and professional development beyond the project activities.

WOW-ME Infographic

The WOW-ME Infographic provides a visual overview of the project’s objectives, key themes, and main areas of impact. It presents key information about the challenges women may face when re-entering the labor market, including barriers related to digital skills, career breaks, and work-life balance. Through concise visuals and highlighted statistics, the infographic emphasizes the importance of supporting women’s employability in the context of increasing digitalization and evolving workforce requirements.

The infographic also illustrates the main focus areas of the WOW-ME methodology – digital competencies, narrative approaches, HR career coaching, and design thinking – as well as the collaboration between partner organizations involved in the project.

It serves as an accessible and engaging resource for trainers, learners, and the WOW-ME community, offering a clear introduction to the project’s approach, structure, and expected impact.

WOW-ME Brochures

The WOW-ME Brochure provides a structured overview of the project activities and learning approach, with a particular focus on the four international Learning, Teaching and Training Activities (LTTAs) that form the foundation of the WOW-ME methodology.

It explains how each partner contributes specific expertise in areas such as digital skills, narrative career development, HR coaching, and design thinking, which together shape the project’s training framework.

The brochure presents the objectives, activities, and expected benefits of each training focus area, demonstrating how the project supports women in strengthening employability competencies and career direction.
