Everything We Need to Empower Women in One Place

This website, a platform launched by the WOW-ME project, provides resources for women seeking to re-enter the workforce after facing career interruptions due to family commitments, a need for new skills, or facing obstacles.

Our project spans across multiple European countries, including Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Spain, and Norway, with a mission to create innovative training approaches that support women in re-entering the workforce.

 

Key Features of the WOW-ME Website

WOW-ME Home Page:

The home page includes an overview of the WOW-ME (Women on Work Market Maximising Empowerment) project. It details the four transnational Learning, Teaching, and Training Activities (LTTAs) focused on digital skills, personal narrative development, HR strategies, and design thinking, hosted by partners in the Czech Republic, Spain, Slovakia, and Norway. The page also provides information about the consortium partners and their expertise, outlines the EU funding details, and encourages visitors to sign up for the newsletter to join the WOW-ME movement.

WOW-ME Project Page:

The WOW-ME Project page unpacks our mission and how it aligns with Erasmus+ goals. The WOW-ME project focuses on sharing innovative ways to guide and train women re-entering the workforce. We are also building an online toolkit for trainers, updating partner programs, and testing new training approaches across different countries. This all ties into the 2023 Erasmus+ priorities of promoting diversity in education, boosting digital skills, and creating more opportunities for adult learning.

  • LTTA Pages: The website also features information about the four Learning, Teaching, Training Activities (LTTAs) meetings, where all four consortium members will travel to the other participants’ countries, and each partner will host one meeting in their country to share their knowledge and ideas with the others.
  • LTTA 1 Information Page: This page gives an overview of the focus, activities, and benefits of the LTTA1 meeting, taking place in the Czech Republic, with Rovnovážka sharing its expertise in specific digital skills and AI usage.
  • LTTA 2 Information Page: Here, you can find information about the LTTA Meeting in Spain led by EA, consisting of EA sharing its knowledge about the growth narrative and employer personas to equip women with the latest IT technology skills.
  • LTTA 3 Information Page: The LTTA 3 information page outlines the main focus, activities, and advantages of the LTTA meeting in Slovakia led by FutuReg, sharing their expertise in conducting educational workshops for minority children and mothers regarding insights on HR strategies using storytelling.
  • LTTA 4 Information Page: This page shares the objectives, activities, and benefits of LTTA4 organized by Norsensus in Norway. This LTTA consists of Norsensus teaching the other three partner organizations about design thinking for employability, sharing their best practices for building communication strategies and digital and media competencies, especially for women entering or re-entering the labor force after maternity leave.
